a very quick sketch of my wife and boy for this week's Illustration Friday; Fluid. I've avoided sketches of family for a long time because I can never do them justice... same here but it's quite a sweet moment so I wanted to keep it... Sam just wouldn't stop staring at his mummy's lips.
Every time I scan I lose a lot of the pencil detail, I draw very faintly, any tips would be very much appreciated, thank you.
